INFORMATION
All patients are required to provide contact details; including address, telephone, and email to secure an appointment.
All patients will complete a medical history form at their first appointment, this is necessary to inform the consultation and treatment planning process.
All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation.
Patient information will not be shared with third parties without written permissions, and you will not receive unsolicited information from us. You should have a separate Privacy policy in-line with National regulations
You may choose to remove yourself from our mailing list at any time, by unsubscribing.
APPOINTMENTS
You will be sent appointment reminders the day before your appointment, either by text or email.
Please do NOT attend the clinic for an appointment if you are unwell. If you are unsure, please call and discuss with the practitioner. Many treatments are contraindicated if you are unwell; this includes colds, cold sores, or local skin infections.
Please inform Aion of any health related issues - this includes any medication you are taking, recent procedures you have had, and if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. You must also let Aion know if there are any changes to your medical record.
We reserve the right to decline to treat.
Where possible, please arrive five minutes before your appointment start time. For late arrivals, the length of your treatment will be adjusted accordingly, to allow us to finish on time, in consideration of my next client.
PAYMENT
You will be advised of the full costs of any treatment plan proposed and agreed upon, including that of any maintenance treatment, before any treatment is undertaken.
Payment is taken, in full at the time of treatment via the Fresha’s booking portal.
Please note pricing can be changed at any time, although Aion will endeavour to inform you of this change where possible and will not affect your booking if already purchased through Fresha.
CANCELATION
Please allow 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.
We do not charge a deposit but we keep your card details on file and charge 100% amount in case of No-Show or if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time.
CHILDREN
We do not treat children or young adults under the age of 14.
Children or young adults between the age of 14 and 18 years old must be accompanied of a parent or legal guardian.
COMPLAINTS
In the first instance please email to let us know what your concerns are. If we can address these at the time we will endevor to do so. Contact hello@aion-aesthetics.com
We may need to make an appointment for you to be seen so that we can properly assess and document, listen and discuss.
If your complaint cannot be managed informally, we will follow our formal complaints policy.
BEHAVIOUR INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE CLINIC
We are a friendly and professional team. To ensure a positive experience for all our clients, abusive or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
Please turn off your phone during your treatment. Relaxation is a key part of what Aion does, and it’s important you can fully switch off.

Please note that Amy is not medically trained and is not a Doctor. She has obtained L2 and L3 VTCT qualifications. Any lifestyle advice given by Amy is based on her professional opinion, and on the information that she has been given, with your best interest in mind.
